Oh a lot has changed-October 28th 2013 Journal Entry

My oh my!
A lot has changed since I last visited here and journaled.
It's been about 3 years -got too busy being mummy, building a career, building relationships & going back to school for my Masters Program in Business Administration - Finance major
So I guess I will just try to bridge the gap by going into the major milestones for my precious jewel/ son
So he has lost 4 front teeth comfortably and is now in Kindergarten at Barbara Bernice Young School
His teacher is Mrs.Cornett and they are twenty in their class- Room C4. His best friend is Tyler Barclay who we happen to go to the same church with. That makes it easier for the two of them- I only hope and pray they listen in class otherwise they will not be "Top dogs"-that might send them to the kennel. Their hallway color is Purple.
Tata is also now a part of the Ranger Kids in church and has since gone camping for two nights & three days- with his cousin Jerry!
Tata has a rich vocabulary including telling me that cockroaches have poisonous antlers wow!! And that rattle snakes have something at the back that says back up and it rattles... That's why they are called rattlesnakes! He knows Otters too! A word I had never heard of! Indeed am learning so much for him it's simply amazing!! I just love it-and we thank God for each single day!

Thank you God, for this day-Mother's day ; we finally got to move to our own place-
My son was excited and he loved the whole new setting & different atmosphere especially the many mirrors in the house.
More updates will be coming through about the new environment and our new experiences..thank you God!!

Journal entry August 27th 2013-5years 6months old

My baby boy...precious Jewel all grown...:)

So now mi Lil man is all grown...his latest development is that he is ready for school...
So at 4 years 5 months hes ready to go do his ABC's and learn to listen to the teacher,play with other kids in a school setting...we are all looking forward to that.
Well-he already knows the name of his school.."B.Bernice Young"- and i am one privileged parent as i have met the Educationist in whose name the school is named after-she is my good customer.
The most interesting part of starting school so far is that he "wants to be cool" and wants a "Justin Bieber" bag...so hopefully we can meet his specifications as he looks forward to being a scholar officially.
SO we are now learning waking up on time and preparing for the day without crying or acting up-wish us luck.
So far so good and with the socialization with his numerous cousins...am sure he will be a good obedient student.
My baby boy...Knowledge is power and the sky and beyond in your limit....i like the way you're eager to start school-i hope you will always have a hunger for knowledge  and education because its the only way to eradicate poverty. All the best in life and yes i love you as always~
